Mentee Application Procedure
Those interested in participating in the program have to submit an application, which is only accepted during the application period.

How do you apply?
In order to apply please download the application (Microsoft Word only) available on this page. Return the completed form by Aug. 20th via email to applications@mentorscircle.org. Kindly include the following in the subject of the email “Application for Mentor’s Circle submitted by <name>”. Upon receipt of the application you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email with 2 days please write back to applications@mentorscircle.org.

What are the guidelines for being accepted in the program?
As participation in the program is limited we are seeking those applicants who can best use of this opportunity during this short period. Applicants who have clearly thought through their mentorship needs and have a few well defined goals are most likely to achieve success. The application form is geared to identify those applicants who clearly state what they hope to accomplish from this program and match each applicant with the mentor who is best suited to achieve the desired outcomes. Please articulate your needs in as few words as possible

What is the application period?
Applications are typically accepted one (1) month prior to the start of the Mentorship Program. We are accepting applications for the current engagement. The deadline for submitting applications is Aug 20th 2008.

What happens if I am accepted?
You will be contacted by your Program Coordinator who will arrange to introduce you to your Mentor and guide you through the program. Once introductions have been made, it is your responsibility to arrange face-to-face meetings with your mentor. The program allows for one 1 Hour meeting per month. Due to the hectic schedules of our Mentors, we expect that you will be flexible and mindful of their time when making appointments. What happens if I am not accepted?
Unfortunately we cannot accept all applications since we have only limited slots. Sad reality of life! However please do not be discouraged. We encourage you to apply again during the next Mentorship Engagement. We will continue to grow the program through the addition of new Mentors which will hopefully allow us to accept more applicants.
