Mentee Responsibilities
This program offers tremendous opportunity to interact, learn and discuss issues with highly successful senior decision makers who are committed to providing mentorship. In return we ask the mentees to participate in the program with equal commitment, dedication and respect as you will receive from the mentors. We expect the mentees to have clearly though through their mentorship needs and have a few well-define objective that they hope to achieve through this program. We expect them to engage in dialogue and not expect ready-made answers and we expect to devote time and energy and show flexibility during the program. - Reach out to Mentor’s to set up meeting and be flexible
- Respect the Mentors schedule and always show up and leave on time
- Come to the meeting prepared to make best use of your/Mentor’ time
- Not solicit Mentors for a job, introduction or recommendations
